Who we are
Conductor PCB is a trading name of Applied AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17192679, whose registered office is at Eastwood, 29 Breach Lane, Leicester LE9 7FB. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZAXXXXXX.
You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@conductor-pcb.com.
What we collect
Only two things:
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Anonymous usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages were visited and roughly where in the world from. Your IP address is anonymised. If you decline, none of this is collected.
There are no accounts on conductor-pcb.com, so there is nothing to sign up for and no password to store. We do not buy personal data, and we do not sell or rent yours.
Why we are allowed to
- Legitimate interests — to read and answer an enquiry you have sent us.
- Consent — for analytics cookies, which are not set unless you accept them.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and delivers it to your browser.
- Web3Forms — carries contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — aggregated usage statistics, only with your consent.
We do not share your details with anyone else, and nothing here is used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Email hello@conductor-pcb.com and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
